Scripps Health is offering molecular COVID 19 testing in San Diego, CA. They are currently Open for new patients. You can call or visit them anytime Monday -Friday 7am -7pm; Saturday 8am-noon. The Scripps website lists several of their locations that have triage tents up for screening/testing. However as of 3/30 per a Scripps representative, the ONLY Scripps testing location is this one. If you have a fever and/or respiratory symptoms, they ask you call before coming in, and to use the virtual care options first. Those determined to have a risk of infection might be directed to the drive-up testing cabana at Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines, which is by appointment only, for further testing or if necessary, to an urgent care center or emergency room for further treatment. The cabana is only available to patients through referral.
