Immediate Care is offering all three COVID 19 testing in Hazlet, NJ. They are currently Open for new patients. You can call or visit them anytime Monday Friday: 8:00am 8:00pm, Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am 4:00pm. Immediate Care is currently testing anyone that has any COVID-related symptoms, such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath. We have set up a COVID-19 drive-thru testing site at our Marlboro location. We are also offering in-office COVID-19 testing at our Brick, Edison, and Hazlet offices right from a persons car or in a contained area within their facilities.
