This includes COVID testing, blood draw or nasal swab and a follow up doctor’s visit for positive test results. We accept Medicare. If you are a Medicare patient please proceed to the testing lines with an account created. There the medical assistants will take a picture of your Medicare card to upload into the system. Please complete your address fully. We do not accept other insurance plans at this time. Your insurance may reimburse you.
