FL Division of Emergency Management is offering molecular COVID 19 testing in , FL. They are currently Closed for new patients. You can call or visit them anytime 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or until kits are gone.. There are no bathrooms at the testing sites. Each person who needs to be tested must be seated next to a working window. All passengers must stay inside vehicles from arrival to departure. Try to limit individuals in your vehicle to only those who need to be tested, no more than 5 in a vehicle. Anyone over the age of 18 can be tested, regardless of symptoms bring the following with you:
Issued ID This photo ID does not need to be a Florida Drivers License
Health Insurance Card Everyone will be tested, regardless if they have insurance
Healthcare facility or first responder ID or badge (If applicable)
