Ages 3 and up, if the child is cooperative The testing will be a drive-thru testing facility, the parking lot will open at 7 a.m. by Odessa Police Officers, do not line up before this time. Citizens are to keep their windows rolled up until a testing team member approaches their vehicle. Please follow the direction of all signage and of the mobile testing team. There will only be 200 tests available for City of Odessa and Ector County residents, numbers will be issued for the event for those in line.
