Instructions: PCR testing: $110 self-pay with no provider order. For those individuals with an order from a provider, insurance will be billed. A COVID-19 antibody test is available at Memorial Healthcare for $50 (self-pay). Testing is available on a walk-in basis at our laboratory locations; however, scheduled appointments are strongly encouraged for social distancing and will be seen as a priority over walk-in patients.
