Instructions: These sites are for Asymptomatic individuals No doctor order or appointment is needed, participants will be tested first come first serve at the testing sites. Adults over age 18 will need to provide a state or government issued ID. If the participant has insurance, they should bring their card; if they do not have insurance, they will need to provide their social security number.
