If you have a fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, a cough, shortness of breath or any respiratory issues, or symptoms like Chills, Muscle Pain, Sore throat or a New loss of taste or smell, or if you have been in close contact with anyone with a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis, we kindly request NOT to enter our facility and please call us first.
Saliva PCR test is done in your car. It is a self-collected test. No physician referral required; Testing by appointment only; Call first at 972-887-5023; We do not process insurance.
