is offering molecular COVID 19 testing in Lake Charles, LA. They are currently Open for new patients. You can call or visit them anytime March 31st – April 2nd: 9am-3:30pm. Criteria for Testing – Patient must have fever of 100.4 or greater AND one other symptom such as: shortness of breath, cough and high risk condition such as: over 60 years of age, lung disease (COPD, asthma, Chronic Bronchitis), Heart Disease, Hypertension, Diabetes, Immunocompromised. A maximum of two people per vehicle may be tested and must sit in the front seat of the vehicle. Patient will receive results, whether negative or positive, from one of the designated hospital providers. Some results may take up to 7 days. Residents who seek testing should bring a drivers license or state-issued identification and any insurance information they may have. A doctors referral is not needed.
