– Actively experiencing COVID-19 symptoms
– You are a healthcare worker, first responder, or a CityMD Occupational Medicine client
– Have come in contact with someone who has COVID-19 in the last 14 days
Antibody testing criteria:
– You previously had COVID-19 symptoms and have recovered after 14 days
– You received a positive test result for COVID-19 and have recovered after 14 days
– You believe you have come in contact with someone who had the COVID-19 virus
