You can call or visit them anytime Tuesday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. testing for symptomatic individuals 12 years of age and older. No appointment or doctors referral is required, and you do not need to be a Peak Vista patient. No copayments or deductibles will be collected at the time of testing. The COVID-19 test involves a swab of a patients nose while staying in their car. No more than two people per car. Individuals who are tested will receive a phone call with their results from a Peak Vista provider, and will be asked to stay home and avoid public places
