Please call (205) 367-8157 for an appointment and to preregister. A physician referral is preferred. Criteria for people to be tested include:
Residents of a long-term care facility (with or without symptoms) and the facility has laboratory-confirmed cases in residents or staff;
Hospitalized patients with symptoms;
Healthcare facility workers, workers in congregate living settings, and first responders with symptoms;
Residents in long-term care facilities or other congregate living settings, with symptoms
Persons without symptoms who have underlying medical conditions or disability
Hours: Tuesdays from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. while testing supplies are available.
