Rite Aid, Verily, PWN Health & U.S. DHHS is offering molecular COVID 19 testing in Swartz Creek, MI. They are currently Open for new patients. You can call or visit them anytime 8:00 AM-9:00 PM Monday-Friday, Saturday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM-6:00 PM. Testing will be available at no cost to eligible individuals who meet criteria established by the CDC. Patients are required to provide government issued identification, be at least 18 years old and need to pre-register online at www.riteaid.com in order to schedule a time slot for testing.
