Teller County Public Health & Environment is offering molecular COVID 19 testing in Woodland Park, CO. They are currently Closed for new patients. You can call or visit them anytime Tuesday & Friday 9 AM – 11 AM. Mobile site is staged in the east parking lot of the Woodland Park Middle School. Access the entrance north of Kelleys Road on Rampart Range Road. Test results take about 48 to 72 Hours. Open for any community member with COVID-19 symptoms to be tested. The test site follows the practices outlined by CDPHE. The viral test will let individuals know whether they currently have the COVID-19 virus. It does NOT identify anti-bodies. There are responders who will do a brief verbal screening. The individual will be directed to the next station where additional verbal screening will take place. A testing kit with documentation is prepared and secured under the windshield wiper. The individual then pulls up to the test administration station. Two medical professionals administer a nasal swab test and manage the specimen according to the CDPHE practices. The tests are picked up by CDPHE courier daily.
