Instructions: Visit www.scheduletest.com to request a test and schedule a pick up at your local pharmacy or have it delivered directly to your home. Payment is due upon pick up or prior to delivery. Follow the simple instructions to collect your saliva sample. Package the sample in the prepaid FedEx envelope and return to the lab for processing. Once ready, you will receive your results through your preferred method of communication, email or text. Your pharmacist will be available for questions. Skip the long lines at testing drive-thurs and get testing in the comfort of your own home with an at-home saliva PCR test for COVID-19. Currently insurance is unable to be billed, cost of the test is $139.99 + applicable delivery fees if delivery method is selected. Sample collection can not occur on Fridays or Saturdays. People who are experiencing symptoms cannot pick up their tests. They can either send someone without symptoms to pick up their test or have it delivered.
