Instructions: No appointment is needed, but one can be made online at https://appointment. Patients must be 18 years and older, Arlington residents, Arlington County Government employees or Arlington Public Schools employees, or patients of VHC Medical Staff.
Patients must have a written order for COVID-19 testing from a healthcare provider. Patients must schedule an appointment before visiting the collection site by calling 703.558.5766 between 8:30am – 4pm. Patients must remain in their cars during testing. No appointment is needed, but one can be made online at https://appointment.questdiagnostics.com/patient/findlocation. Physicians with symptomatic patients (fevers, chills, cough, or shortness of breath) can send orders electronically through their EMR by placing the order on a ?PSC Hold? through their Quest Diagnostics account number.
