If you currently have a Primary Care Physician in St. Luke’s University Health Network, call your Primary Care Physician. Individuals without symptoms are not eligible for a test.
If your Primary Care Physician is in another hospital network, like Atlantic Health System or Hunterdon Healthcare System, call St. Luke’s Warren Hills Family Practice at 908-847-3100.
